    How long does it take to get a reply?

    We pride ourselves in keeping in contact and replying quickly.  We try to make contact with you within a day, but normally it’s within a few hours. We know you contacted us because you had an issue, often an immediate issue, so we try to respect that.

    Do you stand by your work?

    We do not cut corners and only provide solutions that we can back. We have survived on repeat clients and word of mouth as our marketing. If we did not stand behind our work, we would not have so many repeat customers.

    PCRealms has a team of members that holds a vast array of certification, including  CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professionals, Cisco and  Alcta Tel.

    Are you familiar with all kinds of hardware?

    We know that there is a variety of brands out there for you to choose from, depending on the device you are looking for.  We specialize in Apple, Dell, Toshiba and HP, as well as other OEM hardware.  We will always advise the best for your money.
